An apartment for your extended business trip
When a project lasts several weeks, having your own place makes everyday life easier. With a private kitchen, a separate bedroom and a washing machine, you can keep your own routine. Make breakfast, prepare dinner and settle into the living room at the end of the working day.
Travelling for your own work
Coming for a temporary assignment, training or work in the surrounding area? Fast wifi and a workspace let you finish tasks from the apartment. The bedroom has a double bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment accommodates up to three guests in total.
Arranging a stay for an employee or guest
Employers and project organisers can contact Casa del Rhin directly. Tell us your dates, the number of guests, who will be staying and any practical requirements. You will have direct contact with Kevin, your host and an Airbnb Superhost. Availability, price and stay arrangements are agreed personally.
Everyday comfort during a longer project
The kitchen includes a cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and combination oven with microwave function. There is also a luxury bathroom, air conditioning, a smart TV and a washing machine. Towels, bed linen and basic supplies are provided on arrival. Cleaning is not included: guests look after their own living space during their stay.
Central Alphen with parking options
The apartment is at Prins Clauskade 35 in Alphen aan den Rijn. Town-centre shops, restaurants and cafés are close by. You can park at Castellum car park, with special rates potentially available through us. Mention parking in your enquiry if you would like details.

Can a company enquire on behalf of a guest?
Yes. Individual business travellers and companies can enquire directly. Include the dates, number of guests, company name and any requirements in the form.
Is there a fixed monthly rate?
Prices are provided on request for your preferred dates. There is no fixed maximum stay. Send your dates so we can discuss a suitable proposal.
Is cleaning included?
No, cleaning is not included. The apartment is your own home during your stay, and you look after your living space yourself.
